EKAR Group
Incorporated in 1986, our founder, the late Dato Ken Cheok Kian Yek, not only built many great homes but also left a lasting legacy. Today, we inherit a culture of setting new benchmarks as we progressively innovate and adapt to our ever-changing real estate landscape while staying true to our roots of building real homes for real people.
As the developer that built the first condominium in Seremban, we have accomplished many firsts. We pioneered the concept of cluster homes, introduced new technologies such as pre-fabricated housing, and utilized load-sharing walls to stabilize our structures. At Ekar Group, we make every effort to exceed customer expectations and create properties that stand the test of time.
