Substantial progress has been achieved on the Krubong Factory in Melaka, a collaborative effort with Ekar MHN Sdn Bhd. This significant undertaking will comprise a two-storey office building adjacent to a single-storey warehouse, covering an extensive area of 2,017 sq m.
